Mechanism

A series of animal experiment and clinical treatment proved that it does not only facilitate the immunity (to remarkably promote the phagocytosis of the phagocyte) but also surely kills cancer cells.

According to lots of basic research and the clinical reports, we can prove this dosage can kill cancer cell by following proofs:

The 5-FU in the liposome, which can inhibit several of animal tumors and the

synthesis of thymine and it also effect on RNA and the hyperplastic cells, is a kind of pyrimidine cytarabine. Then it can be the first and normal medication of gastrointestinal tract.

Oleatis in this injection is comprised of so-called unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acids,linolenic acids and arachidonic acids, etc.The amount of unsaturated fatty acids is diminished in the tissues of animals having cancers.Organism must use these necessary fatty acids to synthesize phospholipids (lecithin).Phospholipids are an important component of cellular structures, especially in the mitochondria.The insufficiency or over oxidation will cause the changes of mitochondria structure or transformation, even death.Besides, phospholipid is also the precursor of postaglanging(PG). It is well known that PG possess a anti-tumor ability and cancer cells can be reverted back to normal after PG treatment.

The effect of 3H-TdR to the synthesis of DNA in the liver cancer cell:
Dealing liver cancer cells with the same concentration (1mg/ml) Liposome, we estimate the 3H-TdR in the liver cells in different time. Besides, we also count the inhibition rate of 3H-TdR on the synthesis of DNA. The result indicates: 94.9% inhibition rate in 0.5 hour, P<0.02; 99.7% inhibition rate, P<0.02, in one hour; 98.2% inhibition rate in 2 hours, P<0.001; 98.3% inhibition rate in 4 hours, P<0.05.

The effect of 3H-TdR to the synthesis of RNA in the hydroabdomen liver cancer cells.
Treating by the same conc. (1mg/ml) liposome, we estimate the CPm value in different time, and also count the inhibition potency of liposome on the synthesis of DNA.
The result indicates that:
98.9% inhibition rate, P<0.02, in 0.5 hour;
97.8% inhibition rate, P<0.001, in 1 hour;
98.98% inhibition rate in 2 hours, P<0.001;
98.8% inhibition rate in 4 hours, P<0.001;
These experiments indicate that:
There is significant inhibition potency in the synthesis of DNA dealing with the liver cancer cells and the hydrobdomen liver cancer cells. Both the curve of 3H-TdR value into cells is slowly increasing. The intensity is more stable after working two hours.

The Effect of 3H-TdR to the Synthesis of RNA in the Liver Cancer Cells:
The result indicates that the medicine (1mg/ml) working on the syntheses of RNA in the liver cancer cells has an inhibition rate, 97.4%, P<0.01, in 2 hours. When increasing the concentration. Of drug (10mg/ml), the inhibition is 97.4%, P<0.001. That indicates that there is no significant conc. Effect on the inhibition rate.

The Relation of The Liposome Targeting System and The Phagocytosis of The Phagocyte
Liposome, a targeting delivery system of anti-tumor drug preparation, is a kind of missile- like ultra-particle medicine carrier. It can transport the anti-tumor drug to the target (the cancer or its metastasis), and makes the concentration of the drug in the target area. The main course of targeting system is the phagocytosis and the integration of the phagocyte to the ultra-particle carrier. There are some other courses of targeting system. One of them is the adsorption of the lipid surface and the cancer. The other one is the lipid transfer on the surface of the lipid and the cancer. However, the most important route of this system is the interaction between the phagocytosis of phagocyte and the generation and the inhibition of cancer.
